NARRATIVE
Slightly rolling 70 Acres with 360
degree mountain views. 1914 farmhouse with addition. Complete foundation dug
out and repoured/relayed, etc with 10 mil plastic on ground and floor
insulated to R19. Two layers of siding stripped off and all lap siding
reinstalled by hand. Housewrap then fan fold on old part. 30 lb. felt on
entire building and 30 dimensional roofing. Addition framed with 2 x 6
walls. Building designed and permitted for private lodge with up to 10
bedrooms, all on site, including handicap suite on main floor, 12 bathrooms,
